The Community Manager role is at the heart of betahaus’ core activity – Coworking. 

The person in charge ensures the delivery of great service and experience to our community. 

Furthermore, the Community Manager develops various campaigns, drives the acquisition and onboarding of new members and thus is pivotal to reaching 100% occupancy of our spaces. 

The person in charge is a people-oriented team player who acts as an ambassador of our brand and values.

the key responsibilities

Executes processes related to members such as onboarding and troubleshooting for use of facilities, technical equipment and services (e.g. wi-fi, printing, access, security, post, etc.).

Deals with external suppliers and vendors of various services to the betahaus organization and community.

Keeps track of financials and contracts according to the General Terms and established processes set by the company.

Organizes tours and test days focused on providing great experience to people with interest in joining betahaus’ community. 

Ensures members’ satisfaction by collecting feedback and solving problems. 

Creates, plans and organizes community and other signature events. Pro-actively looks for initiatives to become part of or start within the community.

Takes part in the design and development of new coworking products or services.

Provides advice and recommendations to the CEO about business development, operations, revenues and partnership opportunities. 

the ideal profile

✔ 2 – 4 years of working experience in a role with a proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.

✔ Experience in operations management or execution roles in a business-related industry.

✔ Process optimization and/or analytical skills regardless of the industry.

✔ Understanding of and experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem is an advantage.

✔ Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

✔Self-motivated, energetic and bright personality.

✔Flexible, adaptable and “ready-to-help” attitude.

✔ Fluent in English, mastery of other foreign languages is an advantage
