You are welcome to work from our betahaus locations in the very heart of Sofia – Shipka 6 and Slaveykov Sq; Advance Business Center and Sofia Tower (Mall of Sofia) If you are a betahaus member, you can visit our spaces in Berlin, Hamburg or Barcelona free of charge.

the coworking space consists of different types of areas. All our locations have shared work space as well as offices with limited access; conference rooms and phone booths, shared kitchen, soda and purified water dispensers, free coffee and tea; self service mini market with healthy products; printer and scanner; an elevator.

the locations have a doorkeeper. We have also integrated a smart access solution. Non-members have restricted access except when they are visiting for a meeting with someone, for a tour or a test day.

In addition, there is 24-hour video surveillance. If you are still not convinced, you can use the lockers for your personal belongings.

The rules for hourly paid parking in the “Blue Zone” apply around betahaus at Shipka 6. There is also a parking lot near the building itself – parking spaces can be arranged if desired.

Slaveykov Square is in the “Blue Zone”, where it is better to use public transport.

Around betahaus Sofia Tower is a green area, parking spaces can be arranged in the mall’s underground parking lot. Parking around betahouse ABC is free, but the building also has a parking lot.

Yes, you choose your own working hours. Every member with a monthly membership has access to the working spaces 24/7. If you are using our light | plan, your access is 24/5.

All betahaus members can take advantage of multisport cards, additional health insurance and special discounts on products and places.

We require a deposit for each membership equal to one month’s amount. When terminating the plan in the shared space, there is a one-month notice, and for the offices – three months.

When you use a light plan, you are not bound by a contract or a deposit.

Yes, dogs are welcome on Shipka, Slaveykov and Sofia Tower. It is important that they have hygienic habits; to feel good around people and other dogs and not bother the workers..

Yes, we offer a day pass that gives you access from 9am to 6pm. With it you also get credits for using conference rooms and phone booths. Its price is BGN 40 including VAT.

We have offices for all size teams. Our smallest offices have a capacity for 4 people. We also have offices for larger teams (20+ people) at Shipka 6, ABC and in Sofia Tower. Contact us for more details.

If you have your own office or fixed location, you can register your company at the betahouse address and receive your mail here.

Bank transfer. After you receive an invoice from us, you must make a transfer within 7 days.

Our locations in Sofia Tower and Advance Business Center are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
